★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to hang out with nature in Bengaluru. Inspite of crowd, you will still feel peaceful and very calm environment. Just love to be here anytime, you can get lost with the place. Evenings are wonderful to watch bats flying off from IISc, you can spot ducks in the lake and many other birds passing by. This man made Lake is one of the best place to hangout with family, friends, dear ones or even alone. It's underconstruction, but still you can visit and enjoy your time.

There is a jogging path as well as a geriatric gym location available within the premises. Photography enthusiasts may visit this place to capture some birds in action as they hunt for fish and other creatures. Very good place to enjoy with your loved ones.

Safe enough as lot of barricades and people around are usually families who go for walks great place for fitness yoga and runs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ perfect for a calm and peaceful jog around the lake. Best part is they have a different track for joggers adjoining the lake, separate from the walkers track. Can become a bit of a hassle due to lack of shade from trees on a large part of the track, yet a good place to be. Thoroughly enjoyed sighting all the ducks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has become amazing after renovation. Early morning run or walk here is a bliss with a wide track, great breeze and views from the lake. There are few patches that still need work but even now it is probably one of the best places for joggers. One round to the left of the entry covers around 2.5km and to the right around 400m. I generally try to go around Bangalore finding places to jog in the mornings and this place is definitely one of the best. I really love the way Bangalore is protecting some of its lakes and creating lung space for its citizens.
