Your associate Mr. Abhishek have used unparliamentary words to the extent of abusing our mother and sisters and threatening us to call goons. I dare to you please post the recording online. Not a single abuse was hurled towards Mr. Abhishek. It was he who started abusing us. 2) Timings and every other reason you are citing is irrelevant as the thing here is Driver had clearly informed you beforehand only that he will not be taking the party to Nagarkot as the roads are under construction due to which road has been made one way and it causes heavy traffic Jams. When we clearly told Mr. Abhishek to take driver on call. He started abusing. 3) Not a single word was mentioned about refund on money. You are now fabricating this thing. We are not turning beggars nor you will turn billionares because of some thousand of rupees. What we are saying is that we have been betrayed and it was a fault on your side which you are not agreeing to. Looks like you people do not have the credibility to accept mistakes and incorporate feedback. The monent you feel someone is pointing out a mistake in your work you become insecure and start blaming the person itself. All this only shows your level of work. It is highly low class and shameful of you people to treat your clients like this. You are big liars and cheaters and nothing is going to change this fact. You may threaten me to supress my voice but I will speak the truth no matter what. Initial Review: We booked a package from these people (Mr. Abhishek) for Nepal. When we booked the package we were taken extra charges for our visit to Nagarkot in the name of licence/permit and vehicle charges. I shall clearly specify that there were no issues with anything. We had a wonderful driver and our stay was also good. The problem was that Driver told us that he clearly told these people that he would not be taking us to Nagarkot as the road there is under construction from last 3-4 months due to which it has been made one way causing huge traffic Jams. When we talked to Mr Abhishek about this he started blaming us only citing baseless reasons like We started our day late, We ended our day late, We forced these people to include maximum places in our package but as I clearly said and I am reiterating again...There were no issues, the only problem was that when these people were clearly informed by driver about Nagarkot, these people did not even inform us about it and still charged us. He started abusing us when we insisted to take driver on call and clarify. On knowing we had solid proof against these people as driver told us to take him on call he started making fuzzy talks like there is no link with the driver regarding this as he is no one to tell them about places to be visited. This person Abhishek is not at all professional and can go to extent of abusing ones family - abusing our mothers and sisters...We even have a call recording of the same...and threated us of calling goons to teach us a lesson. Such is their credibility and professionalism. These people are thugs who will extort money out of your pockets and then cite stupid and baseless technical loopholes to hide their mistakes and infact blame their clients only. These people will hide important information from you and will cite technical loopholes in their terms and conditions to hide their mistakes. Pathethic and extremely disgusting people. There are many many good package planners available. Please do not go by the good reviews they have deliberately planed over the internet by their own people and think atleast 100 times before even contacting these people.

CHEATERS AND MONEY EXTORTIONISTS We had a trip to Nepal with sankrit tour zone. Things were going good but in nepal we came to know about a place nagarkot was not open. When we enquire about the place we came to know that the place is being closed for about 2-3 months because of contruction. This thing is already known to this company according to our driver. He told us that he had already informed the company about that place and told them that he will not go to that place but company didn't pay attention and included the cost in our package. Anyhow we completed the trip and came back and when we talked to their executive Abhishek who managed the whole trip, he was not ready to accept their mistake and the conversation turned into argument. At last Abhishek started abusing and said " aja mere office ek bar batata hu fir tujhe". and the language he used I think I have never heard from anyone. Sometimes things gone wrong but that doesn't mean that anyone will abuse you and threatens you. Thier behaviour showed that they are some kind of dabangs with which no one can mess. Their can be some decency which I think their executive is far away from. Hoping that if other people get in with this company, might be thier tour will not spoiled or even if there would be some confusion and you talked to thier executive then you wouldn't be threaten and abused.

Booked Delhi - Shimla - Kullu - Manali - Delhi Honeymoon Package from 13th june to 18th june 2018 , This package was Amazing, Me and my wife can't forget our Honeymoon spent at Shimla Kullu Manali. When we booked our package in starting we were in tension about the hotels and cab driver but when we reached and check-in in the hotel we were happy that hotels and rooms were perfect. It was an excellent package covering all of my needs and it was also in my budget. Food of the Hotel was also excellent. The vehicle for sight seen and transportation was so much comfortable and guide cum driver ( Mr.Anil )was too good. Thanks to all STZ team. Will Contact you back on 1st anniversary.

We had planned to go to Chennai , Ooty ,Mysore and Bangalore in June 2018 .At the outset I was in a dilemma how to choose tour operator who can guide , coordinate ,suggest during the trip. In mid Feb contacted person of Sankrit tours Mr. Abhishek in delhi office and Planned and took suggagations about the trip. Lastly in March all planning took place. Mr. Jagadish from their south office made the itinerary. Now we have returned and enjoyed the trip with full satisfaction and pleasure. Big thanks to Mr. Jagdish of sankrit tours who had guided, coordinated and enquired after twice in a day. We intend to give big five star to sankrit tours for planning a wonderful and hassle free tour and will plan for next destination with sankrit again.

This was our honeymoon trip to Kashmir and Leh and it was better than I imagined. Mr. Abhishek, our travel agent was a pleasure to work with and accommodated all of our requests. He helped us create an. itinerary that was perfectly suited to our personalities/travel style/etc. I would highly recommend using this Sankrit tour agency to plan a once-in-a-lifetime Kashmir experience.

Overall I found the golden triangle tour to be superb. As specified the hotels in general were excellent, the trips and guides were as a rule knowledgeable, informative and enjoyable and the transport was comfortable, safe and efficient. I feel that I must give special attention to the tour leader – Mr.Amith From the outset of the tour he extended a warm welcome which continued throughout his time with us. He proved to be courteous, knowledgeable, warm, funny, understanding and extremely helpful to all those on the tour.
