★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really good experience with Mr. Lal in procuring Inogen One G5 portable oxygen concentrator in Bangalore. I made an enquiry about the product on the Sanrai website and within an hours time received a call from Mr. Lal from their Bangalore branch providing me with all the relevant details about the product and how we can proceed ahead. Post confirmation, Mr. Lal was here at my residence in couple hours time to deliver the product and give me a demo. Payment process was also smooth. Overall a great experience with Sanrai Retails and Mr. Lal. I would recommend Sanrai for any Oxygen related products.

A day before, a sales personnel ( Amit ) and service engineer ( Satish ) visited our home to demonstrate the product capabilities. I must say I was thoroughly impressed by their attitude, product knowledge, resourcefulness and above all the simplicity. Every point was explained in greater detail. I placed the order immediately and the product was delivered the next day. Personnel like this duo will be an asset to any organisation. Last, not the least, a word about Mr Sudhir Singh, the head, who was the man behind- a very soft spoken and very knowledgeable gentleman.
