★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poor service and inefficient staff. Just focused on billing huge amounts but does not honestly work on resolving issues in a timely manner. I left my care here for almost 12 days for a small repair, they fixed the issue but other problems started. The car is not even cleaned, it is muddy, dirty inside when I came to pick it up. Should learn ethics while charging huge amounts on customers.
Does not recommend Sansai Service Nalgonda at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, have been to check my AC cooling issue of my i20, the time they took is 5 Hours while they have promised me half an hour of work - Failure in communication and delivery in promise time, we had to sit for hours with no clue what is happening.
They did not bother to ask/check if it is in warranty and quoted for the parts and adding additional charges while there is no need - Not customer friendly.
No timely updates from the Service advisory, who is super busy with own stuff.
Don't recommended it to anyone unless you have complete time in the world to wait and pocket full of money to shell out.
