★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really Worst service, unprofessional advisers and unprofessional mechanics. Mechanics don’t have much knowledge on technical aspects. They charge bit high amount for regular services but the outcome is very poor. My car demolished by the poor service within 30 days of span and they were not giving warranty or suggestion to overcome our financials conditions. Telling high charges without seeing the actual problem. I am not happy with Ford vehicle because as usual the parts are very expensive and shortage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice show room, Friendly staff, maintained well in manerisum and like Gifting a car, I really like the way in which they impromise the newly purchasing customer as felling Grand to the Brand, and the way they Curttonning the Item with a different Party like, I really appreciate the staff n all for that and think so to be continued, thank u.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really i am feeling bad to write this review. The response of the sales team after the sale is very very very bad. They are least bothered to provide the accesories which were promised to be provided before sale of the vehicle. Once the vehicle is sold the sales manager is least bothered to lift the phone call and answer me. And the accessories promised were not fulfilled even after 2 months of sale. feeling very bad of purchasing a vehicle from such a showroom. and we are not being given any other phone numbers to escalate the issue. really very very very bad.

Unfortunately nothing available to eat / snack on. The nearest place is quite a distance from the service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the beginning since 2013 I used to do servIce of my vehicle at sanvi ford. Previously Iam not satisfied with the service and reception given by showroom personal . But after Mr partipan taken charge as GM lot of changes I observed from reception to handover the vehicle to customer. Keep it up.

Bcz...
New glass chenged in insurance but
Front glass water leakege when waiper usage.
Dash board vaibration sounds after ac repair.,
fuel leakage,
2 times pcm changed frm purchage date..
blutooth not connected frm last 4 years..
Spare delay for minimam 45 days..
Bluetooth issue very suffering several reminds..frm last 4 years but no profer responce frm rsm ford.i think ford company is good...responcible connecting team not fair.
