I was a gym guy initially.. but I was never satisfied with what I was doing.. so I thought about giving martial arts a try.. I contacted this institute and I am glad I did that. I thought that martial arts are for fighting or self defence or just a way of staying fit but I never thought that martial arts could make a calm and respectable character also.. but this could not be done without a good teacher, sensei and coaches at sanshinkan not just train for fighting but also teach how to respect and help others.. I would recommend this institute to everyone who is interested

At 35, I had never exactly had a regular workout routine..i joined Sanshinkan along with my daughter, as I had time to kill so thought of using it constructively. My first class lasted 15 minutes as my stamina was in the pits. By the 6th class, my stamina is triple of what it was when I joined. I feel more active through the day, feel lighter, my sleep disorders have been taken care of, and I've lost weight? I highly recommend this place for overall holistic well being, and weightloss for weight watchers, all done in an extremely healthy way.. invest in your body at the right time and your body will thank you!

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! I first started Karate classes for my daughter here and then I joined too. A friend highly recommended this place. What sets this place apart is how the program is tailored keeping in mind the individual needs. Amit really talks to you and actively tries to understand what your goals are. The classes are well balanced with core strengthening, karate training, getting your mind to focus as well as meditation. Amit engages at an intellectual level that I have never experienced ever before! He also makes sure that the body is not under too much duress, which is important for the pediatrician in me. He is excellent with kids too! My daughter who is usually not very fond of "classes", loves it! The place is also clean and well equipped.

Amazing classes our fitness levels have spiked up immensely!! Amit sir is awesome. Me and my husband are huge fans of him, he reads his students requirements really well. He not only builds up his students' endurance & strength but also will power and confidence. He constantly checks on everyone if they doing things the right way or if anything hurts. We learn many arts from him. Would highly recommend to come here and grow yourself.

This is the best place to learn new skills from experienced coaches. Gradual transition from beginner to next level with exposure to apply the learned skills. It is excellent combination of the fitness and mma skills. I realised that I can do more than what i thought about stamina and strength as they challange you in this environment. I positively recommend to come and feel the experience to build fitness or learn new skills.

Sanshinkan is a great place to come workout & start your journey in martial arts. The classes are always intense but there's no push so you can go at your own pace! Sunny and Anamika are amazing and keep you on your toes as they never have the same workout twice in a row. One day your legs are getting worked out the next day it's core exercises but everyday you feel it!! The people you workout with are great too. Everyone is friendly with each other and you have a great time! I highly recommend you come out and try it!
