★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administration is very poor. Dr Shekhar Phulpagare, the current CMO may be the worst CMO in the history of the hospital. They have no intend of improving or running the hospital in a better way. No place for quality. Everyone is there just for money and showing the "numbers". All posted medical officers are on leave most of the times and the hospital is run by inexperienced doctors, just being there for learning experience. If someone try to improve something, the administration will kick you out.
From experience, I have worked here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience for a mother of a month and a half baby. Dr RAHATE and staff are the worst people from arogyam Kendra at the hospital. They are not there for patients and they play with patients. I went there for vaccination of my baby and they made me come thrice with the baby for three different days and still did not give my baby any dose. I went there on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday for the same and when after waiting in the queue for 45 mins when my number came they refused to give polio dose to my baby as they said we don’t come under their area despite of living only 10 mins away from hospital and also despite of coming there for three days. First day they said doses are given on specific days, 2nd day they said the file is not updated with date of first vaccination and third day they said we don’t come under their area. Had they informed us on first day it would have been easier as travelling to and fro with the baby is not recommended for small baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the dirtiest hospital in Mumbai. Its employees spit all around the hospital. My wife got admitted here as she was having dengue. Doctors knowingly delayed us and her platelet count reduced from 35000 to 10000. By 12 am the Doctor called me and asked to take her to somewhere else. OMG she hasn't survived if Hiranandani hospital wouldn't be there. Doctor scared me by saying that my wife can go to comma and they don't have treatment for her. I am doubtful how government recruits such ignorant doctors. I saw one doctor bearing sleepers and his feet were like a labourer. I had the worst experience with this hospital. The nurse was always shouting on us without any reason. Police should look into this and take strong action. All the employees of hospital are for our help and not for misusing government money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sanitizer no mask no checking of corona in hospital any one can come without any covid checkup..2 women where admitted and after 2 days they where covid positive...so please check the patient and their relative before entering hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst government hospital in mumbai. I cannot suggest any one to go there. For better delivery facility I gave 10k. All sisters and doctor are lazy. There are many cases of delivery they stiches wrong. After delivery stiches problem still remain. They don't have night emergency delivery facility also and C section delivery is also not available in in night after 6pm. Doctors and nurses don't have sense how to talk and how to deliver and after delivery how to stiches. They all are assistants. Senior doctor also not available at night delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diriest hospital in mumbai. All facilities, nurses, doctors behavior is very very bad. They treats people like animals. Management is want to develop the hospital staff n cleanning this place. All staff is learning. They are there because of the want experience. Otherwise they also don't want to work there. If you go there for any emergency then you will didn't get treatment like that. So suggest you all to do not go there for any emergency.
