NRIs can seamlessly communicate, weigh up options in costs, and get access to a varied fleet of cars and most courteous of drivers handpicked by the ever friendly Santanu. That was certainly my own experience. I was able to book a car for a week completely via whatsapp whilst in London and have it all confirmed with Santanu at the airport and in Kolkata all the while communicating with just my UK number &whatapp. The drivers were all extremely professional despite a very demanding schedule, and all that for possibly the most competitive local rate available as at March 2022.
I hope to retain my friendship with Santanu, and have already recommended his agency to family and friends.

In fact I am an outsider to Kolkata but thru the phone call I contacted and he gave a good service. I took cars from many providers till date, but the experience with Santanu Cab and Car Rental was just awesome. First of all, the price is quite reasonable. Secondly the cars are in great condition and are super clean. And the most important thing is the owner himself. He is very polite and courteous. I would definitely take his service whenever required.
