★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not indulge in any kind of business transactions as it is a jugaad+scam run by two brothers. I purchased a machine from them and full payment was done before delivery (Nov 2016). On delivering they did not provide a original bill and gave a bill which said the machine was repaired. When I demanded for a original bill, he asked me to make a payment of 2 lacs via RTGS and he would issue a bill and return me the money after deducting all taxes etc as he said "jugaad karna padega, aap ek 2 lac ka white transaction dikhayo" inspite of paying him everything through bank previously. Till the day I transferred the money, he was chasing me as if I was payable to him. Post the transfer, he stopped answering my calls and blocked all my numbers. I have been trying to reach out to them for over 2 years now and when I called him from another number, he started giving reasons such as travelling, death in family etc. Finally he said, Im not giving it "jo karna hai karlo".
After sales service is what they say is free, however, there is no service as such and they arrange some local mechanic who puts the charge on us which ranges from 10k-15k. In that case as well there is zero support and if you call their office, the staff is equally rude and show how they are helpless. Finally I had to scrap the machine as it was of no use and my business was shut facing a loss of over 20 lacs just because of these scamsters.
