★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad no sense of talking with customer I paid for insurance ICICI Rs 5810 for Super splender as per their estimated cost of bike Rs 76300/- including Registration, insurance but I received message from ICICI insurance only Rs 4927 on date at 18:27 hrs , about 16:30 hrs I also visit santosh Hero automobile Muradnagar they given insurance paper with total amount of Rs about Rs 4916 I complaint for the same then they changed and make another insurance receipt of Rs 5812/- plz look into the matter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 2nd September 2020 they renew my Bike Insurance for Rs. 1631. I checked the insurance paper and found that there is no No Claim Bonus (NCB) in it. I told them this. They said may be terms and conditions have changed. Then I enquired with ICICI Lombard customer care and they told me that you must get the NCB and advised me to cancel my insurance. Then they cancel my insurance and asked me to come second time. Second time they told me that you will get Rs. 193 NCB. But they said that new insurance will cost you Rs. 1505. I said that as per the policy you generated at the frst place it should cost me Rs. 1631 - Rs. 193 = Rs. 1438. They give me 4 minutes to think about it otherwise the window gets closed. I was questioning them again and again and then they said, "Ok sir just pay Rs. 1445. We have given you full discount." I said yet please do it. But I think they were trying to trick me in the whole process. I need to go there two times for this matter. Not satisfied at all. INSURANCE KAR RAHE HO YA SABJI BECH RAHE HO :(
Edit P.S. About 8 months later I realized that they have even write the wrong number of my bike. Can't expect this from anybody. I thought that all the insurance policy system is automatic, but something is fishy.
