β β β β β I have had the worst experience from Santosh hospital. Doctors here will scare you to death. I had abscess which had to be cleared with a surgery but they scared us to death as if it's a very major operation and as if it's a rare case that's happened to me. After taking 2nd and 3rd opinion from other hospitals I got to know that this surgery is not as major as Santosh hospital doctors had described. If Google allows i would not even rate 1star for this hospital as its only focus is to loot money from patients. Do one thing change the hospital name from SANTOSH HOSPITAL to MONEY LOOTING HOSPITAL. You'll don't have the motive to cure people but to scare them to death and take all the money possible. Also to top it they have started with something as Santosh health card with some discounts on pharmacy and bills but I don't find it as any benifit but just a scam to take more money. I also don't understand the concept of registration fee. Even if the patient is old and if they have to visit a new doctor they have to pay the registration fee. So it's like if you have 30 doctors and if a patient has to visit them all so they have to pay registration fee for every single doctor they visit. Whereas you have all the details of the patient but still why registration fee I find no logic to it. Change your motive and way of treating patients.

β β β β β Here I will come on pre employment medical check up. But it is not good communication & respond in hospital . Simply waiting for one eye check up. So many hrs taken. I request to reviewers go some other hospital

β β β β β Good service, My mother Sameena Khanum was admitted in hospital on 4th of May and we were well satisfied... special mention to Admission counter staff Aruna, Chandrashekhar and Baby Latha were very helpful as we were in panic situation, they handled it very efficiently... Thanks

β β β β β Had a good experience at the hospital, i was referred and booked by prystine healthcare to this hospital for laser treatment for varicose veins on my legs (total stay - 30hrs, surgery on both legs). If you have good medical insurance, this is a good place to get treated.
1. Admission process was smooth as it was prebooked by prystine.
2. Housekeeping staff are very courteous and takes care of hygiene time to time.
3. A/c wards are spacious (for pateint n 1 attendor) with active TV and good beds.
4. Person prepared me for surgery was freindly.
5. Nursing team was diligent in their duties, tracking BP, Sp0 and giving medicine regularly with a simle.
Overall good experience.
Suggestion: not sure of pricing because i received a msg about 198252/-rs claim from my health insurance and i was not given a bill copy by prystine. Make sure you know all about your insurance n claim process before you get admitted.

β β β β β I m a doctor working at Santosh hospital for the past 4 months. Among all the hospitals that I have worked in the past few years, this has been one of the few I have come across where the director/owner isnβt money minded. I was stumped when I asked his opinion about whether to do a CT scan for a patient and he said β it is not required in this caseβ. There was another patient who had a lung abscess and I had asked his opinion about a planned lung surgery and he said β Donβt do the surgery. Give antibiotics . She will surely recoverβ and she did! Where do find such Owners of hospitals these days? Iβm blessed to be working with an awesome team and awesome bosses.
