SHE TELL THE PATIENTS FAMILY THAT MONEY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MATTER THAN TALKING TO THEM

IF YOU HAVE AN MANAGEMENT ISSUE PLS UNDERSTAND AND THEN BE IN THIS PROCESS OF BEING A MANAGER OF ICU.
NOBODY COMES TO HOSPITAL FOR DOING ANY KIND OF FORMALITIES OR HONORING YOU OF ENTERING IN UR ESTEEM CHAMBER.

The Doctors look like unprofessional
They dress worse than road riders
The nurse are so cruel that one IV inject they puncture 4 place leaving the patients to die
In the icu the professionals are less and rowdies can enter in 15 to 20 also only because they are scared of them
We professional are quite and decent
The lower staff can hardly speak with good
attitude. One my Ayub I think he us the admin manager tries his best to patch up the repair
Pls don't go to this hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admitted my grandmother in this hospital 5 days ago, the cleanliness and doctors and everything is on point! The ICU attendents are very helpful, the way they come forward to help you makes you feel really warm. They treat their patients as if they are their own people, which is a really good thing!
The only reason this hospital is running is because of the utmost care by Dr. Shariq, Faisal and Farhan, the reason we kept our grandmother for 4 days is them.
The receptionist Ayub is the most helpful and sweetest person , who does his job exceptionally well.
HOWEVER, the arrogrance, attitude, tone of talking of few people is so pathetic , they talk to you as if we have admitted our patients free of cost, without paying them anything. Especially the ICU manager Nabela, who has zero empathy in her talks and her tone needs to really understand how to behave with a patient’s family. She should know that everything is not about money, and even if it is according to her she should follow her ethics in talking to the patients family in a right manner. If asking permission and entering her CHAMBER is more important than a patient’s health then she should keep a tight security to abide people from entering her CHAMBER.
