I am writing this without prejudice, vested interest or bias and in full consciousness true to my conscience. I would like to place on record the excellent treatment given to me by Dr. Bhaskar M V ( HoD) & Dr Naveen, both Interventional Radiologist's. I was diagnosed with DVT and advised Emergency Thrombotectomy by a leading Diabetalogist. With uncontrolled Diabetes and acute pain in my limbs, I scouted for the best surgeon in Bangalore only to be shocked at their apathy and unreasonable pricing. That is when I approached Pristyn Care, a leading 3rd party medical service provider who immediately put me on ConCall with Dr Bhaskar MV at Sparsh Hospital Infantry Road, Bangalore. Leaving nothing to chance, Dr Bhaskar immediately agreed to operate on me after going through my reports. Any amount of appreciation is certainly less for Dr Bhaskar and his team. Extremely talented, highly skilled and well qualified, these humble life savers set out on this surgery assuring me all through, of positivity. What was thought to be a surgery of 40 minutes turned out to be a long battle for 6 hours ! Certain decisions were taken on the table by Dr Bhaskar and his team. Using latest AngioJet technique, they fought very well and made it a success story. It's 2 days since the surgery got over and i am already feeling better. I must say that, both these specialist doctors are not commercially inclined but rather they will fight Tooth & Nail to help their patients. The package cost negotiated by Pristyn Care ( the best service provider with excellent patient care) increased due to a decision by the Doctors to implant a stent and a filter. But even this was very smoothly handled by Dr Bhaskar MV, Pristyn Care and Sparsh Hospital. Barring a few initial hiccups in the ward, I must say that, my case was handled too well and I will anytime vouch for the services of Dr Bhaskar MV, Pristyn Care and Sparsh Hospital. The Cath Lab team comprising of Sis Rajeshwari, Bro Vineeth, Bro Kiran , Bro Noufel and Bro Laxman is amazing ! Excellent Team Work. Special thanks to Saurav Singh of Pristyn Care who handled my case right from the word Go..They even arranged Pick up and Drop and excellent follow up by his team too! Kudos to Dr Bhaskar MV and Dr Naveen for your humane care, love and affection. No Doctor, I repeat, No Doctor can match the kindness of Dr Bhaskar MV...May Almighty Bless All ??

With respect to treatment, no doubt its unmatchable. Appreciate the service. When you are taking thousands of rupees for a single appointment, cant you provide a parking space for free? Also, when i enquired about this issue, there's no one to help me address my query.

I had a great experience with Sparsh while my mom was treated for TKR. This hospital is very different from other typical multispecialty hospitals. Patient centric approach and humanitarian values take the front seat in the culture of this place. Dr Patil really created an organisation with great vision and value and is making a large impact on the society. I wish you all the best to you sir and everyone who is supporting you in this cause.

This is Dr.Shashikala.H writing this post about my experience about Sparsh hospital in specific about Dr.Prashant Bafna(Rheumatologist). My experience with sparsh, infantry road started way back in 2019, when i used to take my mother for multiple ailments. I used to get my mother for monthly regular consulatation both for rheumatology and Neuro problem. Then pandemic started even during those trying times hospital was very helpful and accomodated video consultataion with doctors which was a very good initiative. Since we were not happy with the rheumatologist we used to visit then for various reasons we planned to switch to Dr.Prashanth Bafna. He came as a blessing to my mother's rheumatic ailments, who not only treated my mother but used to give her personal care, she developed a very special bonding with Sir. She was releived with all her pains and almost recovered completely with respect to Arthritis problems. Though my mother could not recover and I lost her due to MSA-C ailment I am very happy that during her last days my mother was releived totally from Arthritis problems. Dr. Prashanth bafna, always was very approachable even when it used to be during non working hours. Dr.Prashanth Bafna treated my mother for about an year. Through this forum , I would like to express my heartfelt gratitute and wish him and his famliy all the happiness , good health and long prosperous life ahead....

My overall experience was great about Dr. Arvind Bhateja ? . He is not only a good doctor but also a great human being. From the way he made us to eloborate my mom's spine problem till the last date of discharge explaining all other details about the surgery is incredible. A few words can't define him at all. Apart from that all the caring credit goes to the nurses, housekeepers with their effortful job out there. All other staffs are very helpful at their best at the hospital premises.??

Great Doctors and Staff. No compromises there: 5/5 rating. Hygiene, care and team is doing fantastic job. Please improve on few things observed below: 1. Communication on paid parking for in-patients before hand or at the time of admission, most of the best hospitals have free parking, if you do not have free parking please get that included and don’t let attendee figure out all this at the time when they are required to be with the patient. 2. Food: Attendees food, please create a simple communication network to let attendee communication the food requirements to the kitchen. I had to either climb 4 levels up to order food or request floor nurse to order it for me and most of the times food came 1-2 hours late. 3. Security personal too frequent visits inside the room was annoying and he was very rude at times to let me or my family members out, while I understand there are limited folks who can stay overnight but same can be done in a polite way, he lacked empathy. 4. Drinking water: there was no drinking water at the 1st floor as it was shifted to covid area which was sealed, you could have arranged another water dispenser to help here. I have to every time climb to 2nd floor to get drinking water. 5. 4th floor cafeteria closed: please inform patient and attendee before hand if such major service is not available as we could have managed it better as we were under the impression that we will get meals at the hospital only realised this after personally visiting the place. 6. Billing: we waited from 11 am to 7 pm to close on the billing. Insurance has asked for clarification at 3 pm and hospital sending response at 5 pm is not acceptable. There were multiple queries asked but there was lot of back and forth until the bills were cleared. Such queries were already available with the hospital and still billing team took time. These comments and notes are very important in these tough times (pandemic) do take a though over it.

It has not been a good experience at the hospital post admission. My father has been admitted twice for 3nights and later for 2nights again. The duty doctor allotted at night in the wing never showed up at night or in the morning. My dad had a surgery during his first submission and post that he vomited multiple times. On informing the nurse, she just said I gave him injection for gastric and at the time the doctor was available. She (the doctor) told she will come and check but was busy in roaming and talking on the phone for hours near the wing. She showed up after 4hours (1am) and did nothing. Until morning he vomited 7times yet the duty doctor didn't show up in the morning. During the next admission, he was unable to eat anything and we asked if he can be given some IV drip. The nurse told that he will check with the doctor. The doctor again never showed up in the room. Instead they told let him try to eat and no further action was taken. I felt that it was better if we had taken him home or to any other clinic rather than just paying this hospital (as a hotel) to let us stay overnight.
