Doctors are good and soft spoken and humble with vast experience in field.
Allow Insurance for OPD which is cost effective.
Good number of Medical Facilities under single roof.
Few employees in receptionist and billing are impatient and not soft spoken, especially OPD billing section in ground floor.
Parking not available for patients or anybody else other than staff so u need to find pay and park shelter.
Beds wont be available easily since it is small unit and it may be even difficult if u want to admit using insurance.

Came for physio treatment he suggested me exercise in easy way to follow. Recovery was good. Helped me in good way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had admitted my husband here and the diagnosis was very fast. And the angioblast was done without any delay giving importance to each minute. Dr. Keshva sir was very polite and excellent at making us understand the condition and treatment involved. All the staffs were very polite and professional. Very happy with the treatment provided. Food for the patients as well in the pantry was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supposed to be a private deluxe room. Lots of protocol to enter the CCU, but security guards walking in and out with shoes ? infrastructure can be way better considering the amount of money they charge

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one of the best experiences during my Brother's Surgery. The paper work was taken care of by the hospital staff and the check in was really smooth, thanks to Menu. She kept us posted with all the required formalities and made sure, the patient was admitted without any issues. The room was very clean and tidy and so was the washroom. The nurses were very cordial and polite. They were very patient and helpful with all our queries. We were updated timely regarding the surgery time and post the surgery, there was multiple visit from the doctors, nurses and the Physiotherapy department, to check if was recovering well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother-in-law was admitted at Fortis, Cunningham road. We had a smooth experience overall. Special thanks to Dr.Rubina and team, MICU team and 3rd floor sisters. They were very compassionate and caring. Housekeeping staff were always on time. Pantry staff were equally good and served food on time and the quality of food served was very good. Dietitian's were caring and very well explained the post discharge diet.

But to get beds. I m just waiting from so Many hours. No follow up or No Information. I went to check but bed allocation. No response. I asked them. When will. Recieve information Evening. Evening what time means no response nthg

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stained pillows, stinky and unhygienic toilets, hair all over the bed and pillow,
Bad and super costly food.
Body preparation for surgery was not done properly, leg was improperly shaved leaving hair still all over, i shaved patients leg my self.
Post surgery bath given by house keeping with exactly four rub, cleaning only front body part.
Nurse didn't arrive on time post surgery, as patient was unable to urinate, they delayed for about 2 hours leaving the patient in pain. I too stayed here for 3 days with patient.
One of the lady was behind us to fill the review form on spot during the discharge while walking out, she behaved rudely when denied to give review.
Overall hospital management is a flop.
I referred my friend here but I am regretting for it.
