★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year, same time, I was in Shifa with COVID. Today I am thankful to Allah and the medical fraternity of Shifa that I am capable of experiencing another Ramadan. Thank you and may Allah bless you all with health and prosperity and reward you with Ajr in abundance in duniya and Akhirah for your service to the mankind. Human nature is to forget the past but I cannot forget your perseverance in dealing with the challenging times of a pandemic that was so unfamiliar and dynamic. Allah knows best your efforts in ramping up the hospital for the huge rush and demand for beds. Every staff, technical and non technical will always remain in my prayers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting here for the past 1 hr for just consultation with Dr. Amin Baig.....
Billing done before consultation and gave a token just for 3-4 patients, like it's a huge crowd... And doctor didn't came still... We were just waiting in lobby.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the hospital after a decade and was surprised by the way we were handled by the staff, Took my aunt for a routine check up with Dr.Altaf and was very happy seeing the Lady nurse assisting my aunt through out the check up and got her a quick wheel chair too.
Good work *****
Good change of management ****

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper lift facilities, only the staff members use the lift for there own needs...i believe there is no timing for any lift but this great hospital has its own timings to operate the lift....
managing staff is Very rude towards patient's attenders..... Really disappointing!!
HAVE EMPATHY TOWARDS PEOPLE THERE'S NO HARM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management is absolutely nonsense been waiting for dr altaf Ahmed from 10:30 am and was the first patient but the management kept on sending their friends who ce after us been waiting for almost 3hrs worst management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady in the sky blue burkha allows her relatives and friends first evn if they had come after any other patients she is ruining the credibility of the hospital and she also has the guts to argue with others and tell that we came late remove her she is not gopd
