★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they can not be deserve for one star also but i have to give because i have to put my comment her they transfer my connection here from Raghu gas service without my permission it is against to consumer rights also telephone service like local village in never pick any phone i think there worker afraid to attend the phone calls and resolve people requested to you never go for there to new gas connection

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST GAS AGENCY. Delivery happens after the deadline. Staff's behavior is poor. If you ask them why cylinder is getting delivered after mentioned time they will rudely say we are lodging complaint and moreover they do not file any complaint. Also the office timings are 9AM-6PM they openly say that after 4 PM we do not entertain any calls.

I updated my address by visiting the agency but the records still shows old address.
When I called the agency, they dropped that call saying server is not working without even listening.
This is not the only instance. When applying for new connection they don't even try to cooperate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure about the behaviour of the staffs but i am sure this agency provides best price in this location. If you are filling up loose cylinders then the shop will be a best option for you. No need to bargain as this price is shown inside the ? store. ? This agency is authorized dealer of Indane gas by Indian oil. So local customer of the area are very much dependent and this shop also serves them as a good option. ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost delivery service, they don't deliver on given time, there customer care service is also not good.
I am very frusted after taking connection to santosh gas agency.
Without many calling they don't deliver cylinder.
Always check cylinder weight after taking cylinder because many time I found less weight
