★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Don’t have any concern for patients. Gave appointment for colour Doppler and when we reached they bluntly asked to wait for another 3 hours. When called another Center and took appointment, their manager sensed that they will loose business and arranged for the test. This is the second time I am experiencing such behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told us an MRI was worth 6000 Rs on phone, but when we went there they charged us an extra 2000 for a medicine that would help them obtain a "clear report". And they made it optional so we couldn't really refuse lest the report not come properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My feedback is totally based on my experience as I went for a CT scan
1) Unhygienic and unsantinized: in current pandemic times, it’s very important to make proper arrangement for social distance + sanitation however forget about social distance , they don’t even sanitize their ct scan machine and bed post every patient scan
2) very poor and unprofessionally managed: understanding the load in current pandemic , it’s all the more important to manage things in a way that COVID doesn’t spread atleast from diagnostic centers and hospitals however it’s vice versa for Sanya Diagnostic
3) last but not the least, in current times , there is long cue for scans but you can’t expect to use their rest rooms as they are extremely dirty and it seems like not cleans since ages
Verdict: if you don’t have COVID 19 and just want to go for some other scan , pls don’t go to Sanya as I seriously think there are very high chances of you coming back with COVID considering they don’t even sanitize their equipments for every scan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for HRCT chest for Self and sister. Very polite, professional and we'll trained staff. A little busy these days. HRCT scan is just 5 mnts job, but paper work and billing is taking time. Will get better with coordination between front desk and technicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, I went for Sonugraphy They ask for urine reports and blood report. What's the requirements of Other reports in Ultrasound ??
Price are also higher. Lab technician do not know how to talk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive, you can get diagnosed anywhere in half prices or even lesser. They are sitting there just to loot. Taking advantage of the locality they opened lab in. They know rich resides in Arera colony. And even doctors around the area suggest to get tests done from this center. They might have commission involved.
