★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained and equipped with latest diagnostic machines. It offers wide range of diagnostic services like X-ray, mammography, sonography, doppler, 3D/4D scan, CT scan, Echo/TMT, pathology, physiotherapy guided interventions. Staff, lab technicians and doctors are very polite and professional. Center opens at 8 am but services start from 11 am till 10 pm. One should book an appointment prior coming to the centre to avoid delay/long waiting time. Center is located in Chuna Bhatti, Kolar Road.

My nani had to undergo a digital pelvic x-ray and because she was experiencing a lot of pain we called before and asked to make it quick once we come at clinic. They committed that it won't take long as they treat old aged patients on priority. Once we reached there they kept nani waiting for more than an hour. We kept on requesting that patient is having pain and can't sit properly but the staff Made no efforts to help us. Very insensitive and unprofessional people! Not recommended at all

I was given an appointment for 10.30am but doctor came in by 11.20 and my scanning was done then.. i wasted so much tome here.. horrible experience and total time waste
Although the doctor was good in communicating but overall not good place as it is total waste of time for 2min scan you need to wait for 1 full hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Doctor asked me to go for Whole abdomen ultrasound (clearly mentioned in prescription) but the radiologist there saw my prescription(polycystic ovaries was mentioned that too old diagnosis) and said you need to go for pelvis ultrasound then I called my doctor and he confirmed that only whole abdomen scan is required. However Qura radiologist did my ultrasound and ruined my report they mentioned that "I refused the Pelvis scan", When my doctor himself asked to go for whole abdomen and not pelvis who are these people to mention in my report that I refused, no doctor asked me to go for pelvis scan why Should I go. On top of it radiologist didn't even mention the actual size of my ovaries in report just mentioned that both the ovaries appeared bulky and needed further evaluation with USD Pelvis. I refused what radiologist wanted me to do and I followed my doctor's advice that's why she mentioned that further exam is needed. She didn't give me proper diagnosis now I have to go for other scan. Wastage of money and time.
Edit #1: Response to Owner = I never told to skip any part of whole abdomen scan and Both the ovaries should have been scanned (radiologist was asking for different pelvic scan that's what I refused) and you are saying that it is protocol not to mention size of ovaries, please find the attached old reports in that size and dimension of ovaries are clearly mentioned. when was the protocol changed when I didn't fulfil your agenda.
My advice to public is book your appointment only for Dr. Abhishek if you want ultrasound, He is good and very polite. Do not take appointment for dr. Soumya.
I thought Qura is good that's why I didn't say anything during scan but she didn't scan my ovaries, she should have scanned whatever is supposed to be scanned in whole abdomen scan when I did not ask to skip anything in whole abdomen.
management, cleanliness is good but the radiologist is not professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience at Qura Diagnostics was fantastic. I had to take my Dad for a CT scan. The moment we entered the place, we were greeted by a professionally trained staff who were very particular about time & assisted to complete the formalities quickly. The waiting area is huge & tastefully done. Does not feel like you are in a diagnostic centre, it’s quite pleasant & overlooking the garden. My Dad was assisted into a separate room for the procedure. Overall, the entire process was seamless.
The reports were carefully examined, analysed & diagnosed by Dr. Abhishek & shared with us before the committed time. Both the doctors, Dr. Somya & Dr. Abhishek are highly qualified, committed and extremely down to earth to make the patient feel comfortable. They have an eye for detail & an amazing support staff.
I would highly recommend everyone to visit Qura for any kind of diagnostic need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very neat and clean centre with brand new MRI machine. Reception staff gave the mobile number of Mr Lokesh Patel who coordinated MRI scanning very well. The MRI was done very efficiently by Mr Vineet. The receiption staff was expected to have more information about facilities being provided, ensure Sanitizer and Hand Wash and more importantly ensure decorum in the waiting lounge which was occupied by the lower staff of the centre.
