★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is literally very unprofessional, doesn't even know how to talk, she tells patients 'zyada mat ghumiye hamein pata chal jata hai kisko urine aa rahi hai'. She thinks she's more knowledgeable than doctor and she is having some supernatural powers to scan one's bladder whether its full or not. She was misbehaving with everyone. Please don't visit, very unhygienic and not upto the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my worst experience ever. I was there for my HSG test and their staff behaviour was below humanity. After my test was done. I was not able to walk properly it was that much paining and their staff was saying run out of the room quickly we have another patient waiting. They don't even helped me to come out of the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience by far, no concept of privacy...no segmentation of wards/scanning area, 02 men stand next to the curtain making everything akward and uncomfortable.
Also no hygiene is practised during internal scans, high chances of getting infections.... please save yourself from this traumatizing experience. Dr. Mita Agrawal is the one who recommends this facility so do not fall for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ankita Vijayvargiya did a great job . She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service....staff is highly rude and kept patient in pain waiting for 2 hours..upon insisting to do usg early...the boy at reception said staff is having lunch n u need to wait more..... reception guy Rahul is extremely rude and ill mannerd and impolite and kept on shouting .....sonologist Ankita is also very rude and didn't tell anything about sonography done..... charges are very high and services is low class.....do not visit ...they are thugs and cheaters

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive and takes a lot of time. Need to learn time management on different tests. To get an x-ray it took more than an hour which is completely unacceptable.
Receptionist doesn't even bother to help.
