Not matter you are in a queue. If there VIP comes they treat first. No sanitization, no proper billing. Charges more than others diagnostic centres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad. Radiologist doctor was not present to discuss the report at the time of scan as well as at the time of report collection nor on phone.
Technicians are managing and they don't call Dr. Rajesh as well.
Even our surgeon was doubt full about the report.
There are many typing mistakes too in the report.

Several rounds made here regarding grandmother's health. I would highly recommend this place. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. The staff thinks they're the god, doctors think they're the god. No cleanliness. No sanitisation, no management, no punctuality.
Emergency doctors are chilling while the patient is lying on the bed from half an hour. They don't care about your time or anyone else's time. They charge you money like anything, but don't serve even 10 percent of that money. Worst service I've ever had I'm going to encourage people and will do my best keep people away from this center.
I came out without getting my test done, there were just two patients and this doctor couldn't even get done with them in an hour of "EMERGENCY" time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very conveniently located and decently maintained diagnostic centre led by one of the best Radiologist Dr Rajesh Mehra, in the town. The reports and the diagnosis are explained to the patients in an excellent and very satisfying manner.
I would personally recommend this diagnostic centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst services observed in life. I request all doctors of the Bhopal to not recommend Venus for MRI or any test as it is an injustice with your patient. The staff handling them are so rude and unprofessional that may destroy the image of the doctors referring them for test.
