★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Sameer Pusalkar's place famous for theft of sleepers, sandals and shoes, u have to remove ur shoe when u go in, no camera coverage where shoe rack is, inside the place is so dirty can't say, uploading a picture of my feet.
Park your shoes etc at your own risk, rather go to some other place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service and for God sake kick off the reception guy. He is so rude with everyone. Teach him how to talk to patience and ladies. Kindly avoid going visiting this place.
Mr Sameer teach your receptionist few basic Mannners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour of staff is just unprofessional, pathetic arrogant, unhelpful and impolite. Charges are double,minting the money from the innocent and needy public in the times of pandemic. Worst experience , will not recommend to my enemy also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very busy place due to its location and good reputation. It offers prompt and reliable service.
However, better hygiene is expected from a place which is teeming with a variety of patients. The gowns that are offered for the patient undergoing MRI scans for example, are not fresh. Such simple but important things are essential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an average place to get MRI/CT done. Not too shabby but not upscaled as they could have been. Perhaps no one thinks that people of Bhopal deserve a decent place where they can pay/sit/wait/collect report. They have no token system, one guy came flashing rather big bundle of currency notes and laughably they allowed the patient to jump the queue (as if they were getting any extra cash from that bundle). More surprisingly, they had the audacity to blame others who protested that we were breaking queue. Further comedy, they asked people to go sit in their vehicles while waiting for their turns, but were again mocking them when they didn't turn up when called. How the hell can someone hear the call sitting away? Management need to pull up their socks. A digital counter is not that expensive, can work as temporary token system.
Good things, they don't overcharge, scanning is done quickly, effectively,. Report could have been given more quickly but that's fine.
