I visited Hamidiya for the first time. Till date, the wrong image people gave me was that the doctors are good but the syatems are not good. That changed when I visited on 21st Oct 2018.
Me and family were surprised after we visited the MRI centre for my mother's knee MRI a week back. Before visiting I called upon the reception number given on the google and was greeted by Ms Heena ( because of her response only I was able to convience my family to go for MRI). Getting the registration done was a 10 min job. At the MRI centre all procudures (like separate apron, cautionary measures, brief by the attendent) were followed to our satisfaction just like any other Top private hospital. I personally respect the hardship they are doing for the number of patients they deal in a day. Its an appreciable task.
The management is outperforming and seriously serving to the society.
Lastly, I feel bad for the people who say Hamidiya and GMC is not at par. I would suggest that they should appreciate and judge by their own eyes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor facilities. Long long waiting time and absolutely zero credibility. Staff plays blame game within themselves. Nobody takes any responsibility for the job. No value of patient's crucial time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with this. They make receipt, billing, and keep the patient on waiting for hours... To stay sit and keep on waiting without any appointment of time and date. Patient waits for more than 8-9 hours. No support, no management and also no complaint support available. Rude behaviour with patients and also does MRI of their known ones first keep unknown or poor villagers nearby on wait for more than hours and days... I did complaint on CM helpline as well but no action took place. Better to die rather than thinking to MRI at that worst place where stupid workers does job.
