★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sapphire Park City is a residential housing project developed by MP Housing Board in Katara Hills, adjacent to Housing Board's own Katara Hills Housing Colony. Currently the project consists of three types of Duplex Houses (A, B and C type) depending on their sizes and the prices vary between 40-60 lac Rs.
The Duplexes are almost complete and possession shall be handed out by March-April 2021.
