★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a meeting with Sales person Prasoon.Very polite and humble sales team, follows proper protocols and give you a relaxed time to explore all aspects of the project. Most of the amenities are yet to open but I have seen under construction work, they are building with quality. I lived mostly in metro cities, from Bhopal perspective this project is competing with other metro cities projects. You will get serene view from both the sides and you will definitely loved it.
Cons: Budget is on some higher side from Bhopal perspective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You cannot find a better Location than this currently. Although compact size rooms, on the whole, the flat gives a luxurious feeling. Security is top class. The construction quality and material are top notch. Super High Rise Apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited today, sales person behaviour was not good. Giving less rating because of the behaviour of sales person. (If a person is coming for investment purpose than for sure he must be having that much bucks to buy, even if i told 80lacks budget, the person has no right to ask where will you manage other Money and all!! That's not his problem .. then glorifying things like only IAS class people live here...) Man just group up you are just an employee there not the owner.
And 2nd thing, buying will come when i like the property, to be honest the property price is hyped and even the 3bhk plan also I didn't like so much (my perspective).
So just and advice to builders and their sales team: keep check on your employees and keep some better person. It would be good for your business.
