★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving this one star because there is no provision for negative ratings.
I visited this hospital with my wife. I'm penning down my experience as follows:
1. The doctor was very rude and unprofessional.
2. The staff (specifically receptionists) were also rude.
3. They made my wife to drink water and made to wait for 1.30 hours. My wife was feeling uneasy but they simply did not care.
4. They allowed late patients to go for check up before us. The receptionist's logic behind this was as follows: "Your diagnostics would take more that 30 minutes so I'm allowing them before you".
5.After making us wait for 1.45 hours, the doctor(radiologist) told us to leave and returned the money. This is because we were requesting the receptionist not to allow late patients before us.
6. The receptionist nearly lost my all reports which explains their carelessness.
7. While she(the receptionist) lost my reports, she argued with me that the reports were not with them.(Later the receptionist found report which was with her only)
Please think carefully before visiting this centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Arti is very good. She is excellent in her work. Explain the report and you can ask questions also.
Other staffs are very polite and helpful.
Onlything is time..what ever the time is given to you as an appointment it may take some more time between 30 minutes to 1 hours.

But now I'm decreasing start just because of her staff you all can read the comment below :-
# 23 Feb, 2021 - in starting the staff is very polite and humble as I mentioned in beginning but Today we have a final sonography and it went well but while paying bill a rs500 note a slite cloven I request then to take but couldn't work and even they are lil rude. Atlist they should consider my request I was thinking but they are like kaam khatam toh humbleness khatam.
(I had did 5 sonography here of my wife but in the end I'm unhappy with Doctor staff special the new Girl whom I sow today)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for attending my mother quickly for sonography but when my mom had conversation with mam to tell her what medications she is taking currently.Doctor immediately and rudely replied " Mujhe kuch lena dena nahi hai mera kam hai sirf sonography krna "
I mean which doctor says like this.?
Unprofessional and rude behaviour by doctor
Support staff is good
Suggest do not visit if we get such replies.
Wanted to zero stars but default have to give one star

cool place with sanity, just needed to understand the other side of the visitor.
They might not tell everything but they do also struggling just like all of us. Rest all is good, earlier submission was from one of my loved one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good. .. clean and neat place.. cooperative and understanding staff and Doctor Madam. First she understand our problems and explain everything about health and possibility of diagnosis with sonography report in simple way. Comfortable for female patients .. because certain female problems and when pregnant related sonography.. I highly recommend.

Expectation- Dr. Should explain more about the report.
Our experience - She refused to explain more and asked us to visit the dr. who recommended us to visit Sara diagnosting as good Sonography clinic.
Dr. did identify the issue in reports but didn't tell us within correct time so we failed to cure the problem.
If you still want to visit then please ask dr to speak more about reports.
