★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Tennant here in a 2 bhk. Eventually all are tenants in this building. Power backup, 24 hour water supply available. No intervention of owner. Sometimes it creates problem also if something damages, lots of follow up required, that's also manager driven. Otherwise nice place to stay. Rooms are big enough. Even 1bhk also has good space.
