β β β β β The employees aren't very welcoming and don't ans all the questions you have. I wanted to open an account and they didn't even entertain us ans our queries. She said no to every question and we had to go.

β β β β β Not worth rating nothing works in this bank they are still in 1920 their mobile app does not work properly staff is not good all the time you will have to visit the branch for all your work that two it will not happen in 1 visit simple things like a/c statement for that u will have to visit branch 2 times then after 12 hours it will be done after standing in a long queue horrible branch not worth rating

β β β β β Writing on behalf of a senior citizen aged 73yrs who has account of his family in your branch. Request to the staff to handle the senior person politely and give full details of any enquiry in one go and not to ask the senior person to visit the bank again and again, kindly handover the list of the documents for any enquiry or request , special attention should be given to the senior citizen ,they should not be ask to stand in queue and ask the senior person to come other day , No proper support and guidance has been given to the senior person in this covid situation, the person has traveled almost 6the time to the bank waited in the queue fr an hour and still work has not done , one staff person of yours has passed the form and the same form was rejected by other staff, kindly look in the matter ,pls do not harrassed the senior souls
