there is no any chance for development like road, sewage.
only if you want buy plot in Saraswati enclave maximum 6000 to 7000/- per gaj maximum for investment purpose or residential purpose.
Electricity, road, sewage development done only subject to political interference.
Neocasa buildtech pvt. ltd. registered as a company but work as a dealer. lakhan singh told everything false regarding Saraswati Enclave.
if you want book plot in saraswati enclave only give token amount 5000/ maximum and take a TIME FROM Neacasa buildtech pvt ltd, glaxy real infra and other all are dealer and learn realty about project after that going for registry. today is date 11-12-2020 i am going for review.
