★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently placed an order from here for a few items which included half kg boneless chicken breast. Turned out it came with a fly lodged between 2 pieces of chicken. Although disgusted I thought I will give them a call, maybe it’s just a mistake and mistakes do happen. So, I called only to receive the most pathetic laid back response and on top of that this guy completely refuses replacement too, Hats off to them. Good luck keeping the shop going for too long with such awesome customer service. STAY AWAY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried online delivery of 1kg mutton today at around 11 am. Was told that it wud b delivered by 02 pm. When called again at 03 pm, I was told that delivery oy is leaving next 5 mins. Still when no delivery recvd by 04 pm, called again. After understanding that the deli wrt boy was at the society gate, I just told the person on phone that I was about to cancel my order. As soon as he heard this the question was....shud I cancel ur order?
Probably they are getting more orders than they can deliver and hence this behaviour.
Better to go for green chick chop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought mutton Keema from the shop specifically told him wanted goat not sheep meat. The meat on cooking smelled like lamb meat and then again they had cut meat from left over pieces despite my request that they take it off one cut. If it was not sheep then it was poor quality meat from an old goat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience...bought Mutton (goat minced meat)yesterday from this shop ...they claimed it is GOAT MEAT...just to be sure we confirmed again ...only then we went ahead and bought half a kilo of minced mutton but to our dismay it wasn't goat it was LAMB !!!! The smell of lamb is so distinct that one comes to know immediately....goat meat doesn't smell. I am disgusted and fuming...why did they lie I just don't get it...a shame indeed ...feel ? ? cheated.
Will never visit the shop again ever ? ?
