★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't take any AMC from Sargam-DG Electronic. Their response is very poor, no message for complaint registration, no app to track the status of complaint, always a single person voice over telephonic complaint who also don't pick the phone many times.
My recommendation is that take AMC directly from company even if it is cost-wise high than Sargam-DG. I had experienced this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic place, staff supportive but There was an old guy calling himself owner was so rude, uneducated, don’t even know how to talk with customer. He was arguing with me for the delivery of air conditioner which I have selected from their so called shop. He was asking from his own staff to pay for the delivery charges instead of waving off the charges for that particular delivery which is not even 0.1 km from their shop area.
