I paid in full three weeks back and I was told the store would send someone to take measurement of my sofa. No one turned up to do that and since then it has become a nightmare trying to get in touch with the lady at store. And she has not bothered to call me once and now my money is stuck! Had never imagined that I would experience something like this with such a well known brand.
