I feel happy and proud for making the right decision of buying my dream home with Saritha Splendor LSR..!
The entire team and the management of Saritha are highly helpful and reachable at any time. Their handholding throughout the process is great which I didn't get earlier in my first home purchase from a leading builder.
Saritha Splendor LSR is located in a heart of the Whitefield area and the location is very convenient for me to commute all main roads of Whitefield.
Construction progress is going faster and I am sure I will be getting the real value for my money very soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I'm echoing about Saritha Developers what others 've already indicated in their reviews, but thought of sharing my feedback as well as it may help others to make a decision whether to or not choose the Saritha Developers as their future home/investment.
We chose Saritha Splender as our first home in Bangalore over many A class builders just because the quality of construction, location & support from such an energetic team of Saritha Developers.
My experience with Saritha Developers was seamless so far as all the teams 're patient enough to answers all my queries being a first time home buyer. All the teams starting from Sales, Finance & Site were very supportive/transparent so far.
Special thanks to Shubham from Sales team who was supportive enough to provide us clearity on each and every aspects being as our first point of contact before we made the decision to go with Saritha Developers. I can not name all but would like to mention about Prakash (Finance team) & and JayShankar (Project Engineer) who helped us to make our experience better & go with project Saritha Splender.
All the teams of Saritha Developers are very supportive & efficient. I hope Saritha Splendors would continue to serve the customers they're serving now & will fulfill the commitments they've promised.
This is my preliminary review about the Saritha Developers & hope would not change in the future as well. Keep a tab on my final review after one year from now to give you all more insights about our stay in Saritha Splendor. Thank you :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saritha Splendour LS is a very good property to invest as it is located near Whitefield and very well connected through upcoming Metros. It has all the amenities including club house and spacious spaces for elders and children. To add, the best part is that it's reasonably priced and the staff is very helpful. A special mention of Mr Anmol who has been extremely supportive and answers all queries with a smile. The builder is living up to its promise of quality and standard.

On a overall perspective I should inform you they were very professional in handling things. They were very patience enough to address us with all smiles whenever we visit the property even before booking.
