She is very very approachable and is always available for consultation and guidance. Tough we live in EC we still rush to her for consultation. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a good doc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is very good. Her diagnosis is good and she is very patient and good woman. I have given good rating only for her. But the staff here are very rude and adamant and behave as if they are the VIPs over there. They say we need to take appointment and when I actually took an appointment and went on time, she rather sent another 2 people who came before us saying that it's a first come first serve. In another instance, when I went very early and I was the first patient in the clinic they said that I don't have appointment even though I came early and that I have to wait and sent someone else with a later appointment. They themselves have no clarity in what order to send patients. I just wish those staff quit that place they are pathetic. Just for the sake of those stupid staff or receptionists I had to go-to another doctor because they waste our time like anything whenever we make a visit. Not only that the staff is not at all cordial and are very rude and mannerless. Their looks itself speak so much about their attitude. Earlier I used to go here for vaccination s but I stopped going now because when I am spending thousands and going to a place for service if the staff treat us like some unwanted people who would be interested in going again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to visit her after going through the feedback received for her on various portals with 99% positive feedback.
Though she didn't even examine my daughter for any chest congestion or anything before giving her vaccines and on top of that she put both the injections on the same place, did not even rub the area properly and above all she didn't even inform us of the complications my daughter would face after the vaccination.
Now my daughter is not moving her leg at all and is restricting all kinds of movements. She has even got fever. I totally doubt the feedback on the doctor and find it hugely being not responsible by taking vaccinations so lightly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purely money minded and not really cares for the children (atleast twice in our case). I wonder if the 4 & 5 star reviews are actually genuine. Yesterday both my kids were vaccinated here and the doc injected the vaccinations on the same place one after another and at night both my kids were crying of leg pain and fever. We have been getting our kids vaccinated since long and this is the first expereince where I noticed my son's leg got swollen up so badly, very hard (injected area) rashes and pain. Whole night had trouble and finally had to consult another doctor at early in the morning.
Another surprising thing was for a routine vaccination who takes Consultation Charges, where no actual consultaion was done and that too twice (500*2) for both my kids. I dont want to go into the actual vaccination charges/cost much but after this incident today I did my research checking on other clinics, hospitals around and its found to be very expensive and a total ripoff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sumeeta Nagaraj is my kid's pediatrician since he is 6 months old. He is 5 years now and I am happy with the service of The Children's Clinic. The doctor is very professional and have a friendly attitude. She is good with kids. My kid got all his vaccinations till date from here and it had been a hassle free experience. I would recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is very good, but too much expensive for vaccinations (12k) . It is like huge compared to other places. Also There Staff member are not well behaved. There is a girl who picks the call in the give number. I called her several times for appointments her number will come always busy and she asked me drop message for appointment. Even after I messaged her I did not get any confirmation on phone. I called her for confirmation she started shouting on me. Don't know how Doctor Like Sumitha Nagraj entertains such people in hospital.
