★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my covid booster here. It was super fast and pleasant. Sr Gigi, who gave me the shot was efficient and professional, as well as very sweet. She showed me the vial to confirm that it was the right vaccine and a fresh vial. Altogether a great experience.

I came for advanced classic diamond package for my parent's from starting billing to till end consultation in that package 4 consultations everything finished within a span of time am really thank full to Harshitha for the support...my parents are really very happy how she treated like a family giving that much preference and giving special care thanks a lot ....and its really very hygienic and very well trained staffs thanks add on team...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know this place is good, clean and professional staff, I have been there myself and recommended many in my society. But sometime when you have build a reputation it becomes difficult to maintain it. Just went in this morning and everything was chaos. Hardly three four people were there for blood work and everyone was waiting for their turn. Everyone was curious to know when will there turn come but everyone was given same reply "they will call you by name". No AC working, a lady was feeling so dizzy, she puked. I was patiently waiting with my wife who is 8 months pregnant. She started feeling suffocated and went to ask to turn on AC. But to her dismay AC was not working but receptionist's were chilling with a table fan at their disposal. Yes employees should be comfortable while working and what about your clients? They can just avoid not sitting in sun. We wanted to get blood test done quickly and get out of the furnace. When we asked, along with others, how much more time, we realized there was no one taking samples for anyone. All the receipts were with receptionist and no one was going to call you as there was no staff in collection room. MANAGEMENT PLEASE IF YOU HAVE BUILD A NAME KINDLY LIVE UP TO EXPECTATIONS THAT YOU HAVE RAISED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and excellent service. Staff's behaviour is polite and make us comfortable. I have visited there for some important tests. The staff made us to feel comfort even though test was critical. It was really really relief during the testing period and because of god's grace all the test results went negative. Really thankful to the service team and staff.
