★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a rental housing estate for the state government employees with three hundred rental flats. There is a playground, a lake and lot of open space here inside the housing estate. A nice plae for morning/evening walkkers.

The complex is filled with greenery and carries a large playground, a swimming pool, and a children's park. Electricity supply is available for almost 24/7 hours since here CESC has underground electricity supply. Shops for our all daily essentials are nearby (almost within a radius of 100 meters).
