★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never thought the Varanasi is an international tourist spot with International Airport. As per guides pre covid this was attracting tourists from all over the world. In Sarnath there are multiple tourist attractions especially for those who love to know about history. You will find here Mulgandha Kuty vihara and Dhamma Chakra Pavattana in one complex. Moving ahead you will find Dharma Chakra Stupa for which history dates back to 6 - 7 century A.D. #History #Buddha #Tourism #Varanasi #India

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience.. it is famous as the site where bhagwan Gautam buddh taught first time the dharma.. it is also the place where the original Sangha was formed. Sarnath is only 10 km away from varanasi city center.
The monument at sarnath are a worth a visit. Sarnath remained a center of great learning for nearly 1700 years. It's a place of pilgrimage and a monastery for monks and scholars. Museum is also worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very peaceful and amazing place . Must meditate here. The unaware and uneducated public visiting here makes noises and sounds and cause problem for the ones who wants to meditate and sit peacefully. Clearly mentioned in the temple that playing and making noise is not allowed.
The architecture is great. It is worth visiting.

Here you can spen whole day enjoys and awesome views to click pictures.
Best for winter outings.

It's believed Lord Buddha gave his first sermon and teachings at this place.
It has an extremely well maintained garden and all major facilities like drinking water, washrooms etc. are provided.
There is a tall statue of Lord Buddha here and that's the major attraction.
A must visit place if you're in Varanasi.
