★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent locality, good construction quality. Basic amenities are available like power backup, gym and party hall. Apartment maintenance is not so good, CC camera not working and solar heaters are already damaged not willing to repair. Poor maintenance of internal garden and sitting benches. No walking space around the apartment. Still i bought just for location preference and good quality of construction.
