★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction quality is very bad. Leakage in whole house. No supervision during construction. Daily follow-up to be taken from builder but no positive approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best part of this township is its location, it gives you excess to two highways(both for different cities) and closest possible railway station. Sometimes one may find market at distant due to railway line(although you are connected with ROB ) but it's a walking distance if one don't use vehicle.
Ambiance and cleanliness is not an issue at all, local municipality gives service of vehicle collecting garbage and disposals.
Water, which is often an issue with cities, is readily available through Narmada Pipeline and township borewell.
Security system and guards are available 24*7
Township gives you location away from rush of city and close to some of the best education institutions and transport facilities. Best suited for families.

Poor Maintenance.
Water Problem.
Wrost Service.
No Parking Maintenance.
No lift Maintenance.
No Garden maintenance.
Water Available is very low.
