★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good residential complex in the northern part of the city. Well connected to BT Road by various mode of public transportation.
Upcoming Dakshineswar Metro Station is at the vicinity and will be connected via auto route.
Multiple G+4 units with 1, 2 and 3BHK apartments. Elevators available in every block which function round the clock although wheel chair can't be accomodated. Terrace is a beautuful place for the leisure with plenty of sitting arrangements.
Swimming pool with space for children is available.
There is both covered as well as open car parking space with broad entry and car washing facility available. Although the approach road to Manmathanath Road is a bit narrow, sedans cam easily negotiate.
24hours security service with CCCameras at every floor is available.
Staircases are bit steeper. No ramp facility is available. Central heating/cooling/DTH/EPABX are not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m a resident of this so called Residency. Now its rapidly transforming into bridhdhashram( oldage home)..we all residents now forced to live in a most dirty unhygienic complex. Old people of that oldage home (just next door) pooping n spitting everywhere every single day. Builder never listen our problem.for that oldage home so many attendants( outsiders)roaming all around the complex..no security..

Close to famed Paath Bari, Kacher Mandir by the Hooghly and Ramakrishna Mission, Baranagar. Not very far from two other pilgrimages-- Kashipur Bagan Bari and Dakshineswar, graced by Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa. A peaceful residential abode for urban-weary people.
