It is the real thing in a gorgeous setting, with lovely Avantika and Alka who are wonderful practitioners, who lead the best yoga sessions I have ever had (and I am talking 7 + years in many Cities). But shhhh - don't tell anybody. Best secret in yoga. Namaste !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very neat ambience, Yoga Instructor Ms. Alka is extremely professional. She knows her work well and make us do various forms of yogas and asanas with Basketball, Dumbbell, and Stick, sometime even blindfolded. She blends gentlenes, humor, and helpful instruction in her classes.
We always feel amazing when we leave and always get such a restful night's sleep after the workout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is an amzing and super se uper experience of yoga with yogaguru Alka i never had in my life.Her classes are amazing in terms of intensity,stretches,asanas. I can see visible improvement,flexibility,stamina,strength,weight loss,peace of mind.Before i was in depression and i was suffering from back pain after my yoga classes with Alka guruji i feel peaceful and my back pain had gone completely. She is the women with full of positive energy, she is completly dedicated person , and a very good motivator she motivate us to reach our goal, i admire her knowledge about yoga and her way of teaching .She teaches us very well way to perform asanas, pranayama,mudras and bandhas .I enjoy her each and every yoga session .Thanks to Sarva providing us great yogini:)
