★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Satyam Oleanders, the neighbourhood society of Sarvodaya Square. All I can see is, they are providing ample faciltites keeping in mind all the age groups. The best part is the box-cricket turf which is open to the residents. Yeah, the security needs to be tightened, coz any one can enter the premises withouth any kind of check.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per Same Developer previous Projects Orchid square Construction Quality & Service Is Very Poor Within 1 year Flat start Leackage & Cracks. They Promised At Booking You Will Get 24Hrs Water Supply but After 7-9 Months They Gives Notice That Water Will get Only 1Hrs/Day, half Hour in Morning & Half Hour In Evening, Not Provided Syntex Water Tank To storr the Water. Taken 40,000/- of Solar Grill Charges, Bit Still after 10 month solar Facilities not provided & Grill Has No Colours. Very Bad Service. Same Type Service They provide To there New projects. So check Before Buying There Previous Projects & There Customer.
