★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad staff they dont know how to treat with customers. I will suggests to everyone dont buy the anything from there. N they take 5 hours for activa service. And once u buy the anything from after they behave they dont know u. One more important thing dont.... buy activa 6g. Bcoz the seat is not comfortable. Small time u will feel back pain.......... very bad staff dana mandi surpriya honda....... very very very very very baaaaaaaaaaaad. Getting 2 month still they r not giving my rc. They r doing the work like they came in the picnic. Simple that the management is very bad................ shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good effortless buying, promt SALES; ALBEIT behind the door service area is not transparent about what was actually done..On FIRST SERVICE, had waited for 3 hours and a few Complaints Later to be free. And only washing, oil change unnecessarily wasted my energy, time and really Checked My Patience. Not required staff was present, but people who have serviced the vehicle weren't and I had gone on prior appointment.
The manager is discourteous, adamantly CARELESS to Customer Needs or Demands, rude to the extent to Openly Refer to Lodge A Complaint. Many others were also wondering what ails the services, a lady was waiting for her Scooter RC for an year.
Moreover, my vehicle documents still not completed, No RC provided, HSRP PLATES fixed 10 days ago, service book given on third visit, No TEFLON COATING DONE though Promised when agreed to Buy, Twice Due....The place must have accessible customer outreach..BUT NO water, tea coffee offered in extreme weather, alas!!!
