★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i faced a bad experience with my laptop service. without checking anything they first say it will cost 1600 or 1800 Rs as if they are Einstein in laptop repairing. when i said to check the laptop for power input issue, at first the shop keeper denied to check but when i offered 500 Rs for defect checking then he checked and with out mentioning the defect clearly, said; it will cost 1600 rs; which normally as per my knowledge should cost 700 Rs, still i agreed to pay the amount. then he repaired my laptop. i took it home then i found one of my USB input issue which was not there earlier. then i called him the same day and informed the defect to the service personnel. he told me to show the laptop again for check-up. i showed it again the very next day but they behaved as if they don't know me and said they don't know about the issue. And they said it will cost again for repair; then i said, the defect occurred after their repair. so it is their fault; but the shopkeeper denied to accept the same. so finally i returned home without solving that defect. one important point they deny to give bill and warranty for their repair work. they do not want to pay tax to the govt. so they prefer to take money in cash. people like this, don't want to pay tax but in return want everything from govt. and prefer to loot people and never respect people's hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chor aadmi hai ek number ka. I went to his shop to get my laptop checked. There was some issue with keyboard not woking. For some reason The laptop was taking too long to boot and ge could reproduce the original issue so he said i should get new ssd hard disk. It will solve all the problem. Since the laptop was old and i only wanted to retrieve the data existing in my original hardisk i chose to make original hard disk as external hardisk by buying the casing from him which cost 300 rs all over nehru place including the service charge. He charged me 600 saying that 300 will be taken because he was waiting for my laptop to boot. When i said it doesn't make any sense, he changed the reason that 300 is for opening my laptop and taking out hard disk from laptop which by the way takes hardly 2 minutes to open by unscrewing few screws.
