Hi Folks, Looking for a place to get your heart repaired? I mean your MacBook.. ofcourse it's not less than that! Just go through my experience with Lappy Maker. Sorry for making a huge note on it, trying to keep it simple though.. ? I was facing an issue with my MacBook Air of not getting on! I tried all the DIY remedies available on google to switch it on. But apparently failed! Then I rushed to a Apple authorised service centre 'Radius' in Moradabad, they ran a diagnostic and came up with their utmost reasonable solution; to replace it's Motherboard. Let me tell you which is very economical to buy!!.. cost is whooping ₹33500/- ? . That Diagnostic alone cost me ₹2500/-. Then I decided not to go with the replacement, I'll get it repaired locally. I tried many service providers in local market 'supermarket' in budhbazar. They refused and raised their hands in hopelessness. Then a name coined in my mind "Nehru Place". But again, previously I used to have a normal HP laptop, getting that repaired from any of the shop is no big deal. But it's about Apple product! Thousands of questions rose in my mind in fear, What if someone replaces the genuine parts with the local? What if they stole it? And many ridiculous things.. which were quite obvious, as I already mentioned above it's about your heart! Then I started going through with the reviews, blogs posted on social media platforms. Encountered a seemed to be genuine review of someone on Quora. This person(reviewer on Quora) has mentioned his experience about LappyMaker. Which boosted my hopes! I contacted them, they listened to my query with patience and humbly addressed it, even in their off timings. I called them around 9:30 or 9:45 somewhere in between, in the morning. By the way, their work timings are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday - Saturday). I reached to them the next day. They diagnosed it, which took around a couple of hours, they properly showcased the problem and asked me to leave it for a couple of days to repair and test it. They provided me with a receipt for leaving my laptop. I got my laptop on 5th day, meanwhile they kept on posting updates. There was a problem with power IC after getting it repaired they encountered another issue while testing, of freezed trackpad, then OS reboot issue. They tested it well and repaired each problem which came accross. Thanks to the Team LappyMaker and special thanks to Shivani Ma'am for clearing all my doubts. Things in nutshell:- (+) They have a proper corporate setup, which builds a confidence in you and increase the trust. (+) Their representatives are very polite and professional. (+) They properly diagnoses your Laptop without charging a single penny. (+) Repair it and test it well. (+) Their after sales service is too good! (+) Very economical in terms of providing you premium sevice. (+) They have waiting lounge, there you can wait till they run the diagnostic. (+) Apart from MacBook they repair Iphones, Microsoft Surface and other premium laptops too. (+) They have their own Pick&Drop service in Delhi NCR. Also do provide service at doorstep. There is not even a single negative thing which I can mention. Only thing is you need to maintain your patience, it may take time for a couple of days to a week even to get your MacBook repaired and tested properly. I am using it since a week, without any issue! These guys are professional? they repaired my macbook pro 2016 model flex gate issue for which apple's authorised service centre was charging me 4 times the actual cost of repairing through replacing the whole damn screen !! You can trust these guys..Will definitely reach out to lappy maker in future also :)

Got my MacBook repaired from Lappy Maker in Nehru Place. Reasonable pricing and good customer service. The repair service came with 3 months warranty. Quite satisfied with the service experience. Would definitely recommend them to Mac users because they are specialised in Apple and premium devices. Fantastic job and keep it up!

Shivani mam is awesome. My Macbook pro 2017 model was not opening giving question mark error, Apple service centre guy said motherboard will change 40k will be charge still no guaranty if it will work or not, they asked to buy a new one instead. So finally after some online research i found lappy marker with good customer reviews for me look like authentic then i visit and had a word with Shivani mam she checked my macbook and change SSD in 13k for 128gb and my macbook is working fine so far 5 month of using i am writing this review, all thanks to Lappy Maker - Shivani mam. Must visit if any issue with apple device.

,It was great to find a place where they could fix my MacBook after Apple suggested there was nothing to do but buy a new computer. They have great customer service and accurate information on the status of your repair.They were professional and honest and did a great job. I definitely would go back but I hope I never have to.
