I had exchanged it easily but first you need to talk with sandisk customer care as they give you RMA number then you need to confirm it with service center then they can easily help you soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a ASUS Hero VIII Hero motherboard online, which came DOA. I wasn’t expecting that they replace it, but they did and gave me a new mobo. They took 20 days to replace it, but atleast they did it, unlike other service centers. From my experience, they can be trusted.

The address given on SanDisk website is of Skylark Building but be informed that this one is in Eros appartment.The contact no given on SanDisk website also doesn't work so take the help of Google and dial the no.of Rashi Peripherals in case of SanDisk card issues.
Before going there keep your RSA no ready by calling on the TOLL FREE no of SanDisk...I am also attaching the no here.
Rest the service was good and the solution was prompt.
All an all a good experience.
