★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into their shop hoping to get the laptop PSU replaced for a cheaper price as compared to the exhorbitant rate (I thought) charged by the authorized service center. In hindsight I should've just shelled out the few extra bucks to get the part replaced by Samsung itself.
Anyway, I can tell you that they are a group of discourteous, inept and arrogant people who pretened to know what they are talking about but have absolutely no clue whatsoever. If you're planning to get your laptop repaired then they are definitely not the right choice. Unless you don't mind experimenting and/or giving them another chance. I, personally, wouldn't.
My experience I've written below

I handed over my laptop (ultrabook) to these guys. All they had to do was check the functionality of PSU using a multimeter. Instead he does a 20 min long diagnostics of the device and then informs me that the motherboard is at fault. And I knew before hand that the fault is infact with the DC jack and not the motherboard. A bit worried that they might've fried the motherboard I asked them to close it up and hand it back. Couldn't do anything else since - lack of proof. But my ordeal doesnt end there he is unable to close the back cover properly and starts taking out screws which fastens the different components to main board. When I tell him this, his boss interrupts me and tells me that they do this everyday. At this point I was furious. I told them to fix it back up properly, i.e. the way I handed it over to them. Finally, when he said it's fixed he had screws left in his hand. He had no idea how he got those extra screws. I didn't want to get into a fight, I checked if any components were loose and then I left.
Oh! Also they charge a "standard" ₹300 for their "diagnosis" of the problem. A total rip off.

I went for servicing of laptop. prices are too high, they argue with you. No value for money even they didn't let me see my laptop while servicing, never ever go to this place
Mechanic reasseemble laptop wrongly, even when I m connecting power cable it was not charging
Over all a bad experience
