★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst company ,peoples who worked with this company were very disappointed because management will not give salary on time ,they always threatening there employees and harassed there employees,even CEO of company is not good person they hold salary for 3 months ,employees are begging for salary from management all the reviews are fake and given by inner management and known peoples...Employees satisfaction is minus 100 percent...they soaks employees blood and kick them out.

The environment in the company is really good and comfortable. SNPL is a completely employee oriented company where each and every employee is important.

Even the CEO does not know what to do and he blames only his employees. He always threatens his employees to sack them and use abusive language. There is no professionalism in him. Everyday he changes his leave and salary related policies and deduct salary whenever he wishes on the basis of reasons or rules, which are not even told to the team members.
