β β β β β Thumbs up for service and people over here. They said it opens at 9.30am, but they start around 10am. It is around 1.5km away from satav showroom. So the person who attended my bike was very polite and full of knowledge. He checked my bike throughout and give me minimum possible cost required. Nothing charged extra from there side. But post servicing I am facing problems in bike, i visited again but they said it's not problem by there view. About location, it is around 50mts inside from main road, but there name board is there to guide us, inside service centre, everything is well maintained and very well clean.

β β β β β The service quality has really deteriorated, they are not at all customer centric. Doesn't care what customer says, and don't mind loosing customers. The owner got offended when I told him I didn't like the service as the issues in bike persisted after 4 consecutive services. Rather than listening to my issue and helping me out, he was offended which is not very professional.
The customer lounge has improved, and there is wifi too.
Just hope they care more about their customers and treat it more like relation with customer rather than just business.

β β β β β Had my issue resolved in 30 minutes. A good service center for your Yamaha automobile. Just the road there is not suitable for testing because of potholes and puddles. It also has a store for genuine yamaha accessories and lube and stuff.

β β β β β You should only go for free service here. They charge you 500 ruppee for bike chain lubrication that is a big cheat. You must be very cautious else you will find a hole in your pocket. Service quality is okay but not satisfactory. They don't even care how bad a road connecting to their service station. Enterance was gifted with potholes but they don't care if your serviced bike gets stuck or catch muds.

When I visited for servicing, at first person told me there is clutch plate issue, we need change it. (Although it was working perfectly fine). Thank God I was aware with it and denied his claim.
I got immediately that these people are morally compromised and focused on money only.
It was major service time and there was no other option available nearby Hadapsar so I told them what needed in service.
After service, vibration and noise started coming from front wheel suspension as there was oil change in service. I notified them however response was sad.. no point.
No doubt.. Charges are very high.
Worst service centre.

β β β β β Overall its good. Customer need to pinpoint the issues then they get fixed. Only suggestion to the service center is to concentrate on bike performance rather than cosmetic things. Bike should run in good shape, teflon coating is not the priority.
