★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated on Hosur Road highway in Bommanhalli this a gated appartment which has all the ammenties under one roof..ie swimming pool..gym..clubhouse..tennis court etc..it has around 7 towers of around 25 storey with 2..3..4 bhk apartments with Gallery..
Advantages..all ammennities under one roof..including grocerries..so no need to go out..you can have a good time with family in this property.
Disadvantage..if you are looking to live on main road away from high way this is not the place..almost all gated communities are situated away from main road on highway..
If you need some basic stuff you have to travel to main road.
Commuting is difficult without you own vehicle..
If you living in a main road all the time this is not the place rather gated communities wont intrest you.
Rent for 3bhk is arnd 45k..

Very good views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment build on international standards. As soon as you enter Greenage it feels like you've entered a different city all together. Everything is so beautiful and clean which is very good to see. They have all the games and activities from tennis court to swimming pool. Really a very up market apartment with all the basic amenities possible in a top class apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge cluster of apartments located right next to the Oxford engineering college. Quality of building and ambience is very good. Healthy environment for children. Shopping complex along with pharmacy, gym, all sorts of sport arenas, clinic, amphitheatre,swimming pools, jogging path, dance room are present in the apartments. Located close to the IT hub. Little bit of a headache to reach the apartments now due to metro work.

You will fall around how they have managed and maintained it.
The entire society is divided into flower named blocks like oak and hibiscus
Oak is a beautiful section.
Tennis ground, cricket ground, child playing area , swimming pool and gyms are few of the mostly available things here.
The maintenance is around 6k and it is totally worth it for how the entire place look like.
It's big , green , very very very clean and breath taking beautiful.
Coming to houses. I have a 3bhk here which is extremely big and spacious.
Well ventilated. What steals the show is the balcony.
It is so very beautiful.
Medical shops, eatery places and open theatres are too here.
6/5 is my raiting.
Ps: 3 bhk comes around 42k

There is well designated parking space for the residents in the upper basement and lower basement respectively. Visitors’ parkings are placed in front of each block for ease and convenience.
Several recreation facilities like playing area for children, tot lots, basketball court, tennis court, swimming pools, indoor gaming areas, libraries , gym complexes etc have been provided, providing a best in class living environment. Several stores for daily commodities, groceries and essentials and personal services like hair salons etc are available making the apartment complex a one-spot place for all the needs and wants of its residents. Moreover, varied health clinics and diagnostic centres like Apollo etc are present within the premises, ensuring healthy lives of the residents.
