I'm a proud owner here residing for more than a year now. The association is excellent and society is a great place to live. One of the best gated communities of this area. Highly recommended!

The Lake facing premium apartments have spacious corridors, no common wall and ample outdoor space which provide Skydale residents an unique living experience.
The association is pro active, taking care of residence needs and doing a great job, taking timely decisions. Well organized maintenance service enhances the quality of living here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good well maintained, spacious, one of the best Purva appartments with a clean lake in front of the society.. friendly people are living in here. Lively atmosphere but due to covid we couldn't get the opportunity to use the swimming pool yet since a year now.

The stink, the association, the politics involved with people in the association affects the entire society.
Tenants and Pets are treated like untouchables.
Overall a very cheap society.
People full of class, all low.
Highly recommend looking elsewhere for buying and renting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an individual owner, had lots of confidence on brand purva while booked in 2013, but later realized there are lots of hidden information . Lots of broken promises (as agreed on sales deed) like Juliet balcony, tennis court, and other amenities and not upto standard, which shattered our dreams. Even in advertised 4.6 acre contains govt kharab lands. Which was not clearly mentioned during sales and agreement. There is a dirty nala flowing inside the property,(which cant be walled & covered) which was covered during selling of property to us. As public limited company Purva should have taken care. There is no Juliet "balcony", which is juliet window.
